WHAT TO EXPECT

Your First Office Visit

Knowing what to expect makes the first visit easier. Here's how we get to the bottom of your circulation or heart concern, and how you can leave with your next appointments already scheduled.

Before you come in

  • Bring a list of your medications and any recent imaging or records

  • Bring your insurance information and a photo ID

  • Wear comfortable clothing that lets us check pulses in your legs and feet

During your visit

  • A focused history and exam, including pulses in the legs and feet

  • When a blockage is likely: your ultrasound, your procedure (an angiogram), and your follow-up visit, each scheduled before you leave. (Diagnostic Imaging)

  • A clear explanation of what we find and your options

After your visit

You'll leave with a plan — monitoring, medication and risk-factor management, or scheduling a minimally invasive procedure. Your Procedure Guide →
