Outpatient by design — home the same day
Every procedure we perform is scheduled as outpatient, and nearly all patients go home the same day — including hospital-based procedures like coronary, carotid, aortoiliac, and device implants. Some are done in our office-based lab and others in the hospital outpatient department. The setting tells you where your procedure happens, not whether you stay overnight — and the same physicians care for you either way.
Limb & peripheral artery treatment

Reopening blocked leg arteries across the whole arterial tree — claudication through advanced disease, matched to the segment involved.

Chronic Limb-Threatening Ischemia

Our signature limb-salvage work — below-the-knee and pedal revascularization to help heal wounds and prevent amputation.

Arterial Ulcers / Diabetic Foot Ulcers

Non-healing foot wounds — circulation restored and wound care coordinated under one roof by our wound-care-trained physician assistants.
Heart & rhythm treatment

Cardiac catheterization with PCI — diagnosing blockages in the heart’s arteries and treating them with angioplasty and stenting.

Ongoing management, guideline-based medication, monitoring, and device therapy (CRT) for the right patients — with advanced care coordinated.

Arrhythmias treated across the board — medication, TEE-guided cardioversion, pacemakers, defibrillators, CRT, and loop-recorder monitoring.
Carotid & upper-extremity treatment

Carotid artery angiography — detailed imaging of the neck arteries to evaluate stroke risk and guide treatment.

Subclavian & Upper Extremity Disease

Opening blocked arteries in the shoulder and arm that cause arm fatigue, uneven blood-pressure readings, or compromise dialysis access.
Dialysis access & kidney treatment

Fistulograms, angioplasty, stenting, and declots for a failing or clotted access, seen the same day if possible.

Kidney-protective vascular care — contrast-sparing angiography and careful planning to treat arteries while protecting kidney function.

Reopening narrowed kidney arteries — from atherosclerosis or fibromuscular dysplasia — to help control blood pressure and protect kidney function.
Venous treatment

Endovenous ablation, sclerotherapy, and microphlebectomy for varicose veins and surface reflux.

IVUS-guided iliac vein stenting for May-Thurner compression and post-thrombotic obstruction.

Treat the vein, heal the wound — relieving the underlying venous pressure, with compression and in-house wound care.

Intervention for deep-vein clots and pulmonary embolism — including IVC filter placement and retrieval when anticoagulation isn’t enough.
Risk-factor treatment

Tobacco, diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure, and kidney protection — the work that decides whether a treated artery stays open.
In-house diagnostic imaging
No need to travel for testing — we run a full diagnostic ultrasound lab on-site: echocardiography, carotid ultrasound, arterial (vascular) ultrasound, and venous ultrasound — all scheduled in our own lab. Diagnostic Imaging →
