What to expect
-
A phone call from our team within the first week to check on your recovery
-
An office visit usually within 1 to 2 weeks — a site or wound check, medication review, and any baseline imaging or device check
-
Ongoing surveillance tailored to your condition — often at 1, 3, 6, and 12 months, then yearly. For leg revascularization this includes pedal ultrasound and PAT; for wounds, a wound check at every visit.
-
Telehealth may be used for routine, stable follow-up and medication questions; visits that need an exam, ultrasound, or device check are done in person.
